We had a beautiful day for our annual Easter party on April 19th. There was a delicious posole lunch, Easter baskets for all, egg dyeing, crafts, fresh flower bouquets made by the children, games, prizes, an egg hunt, and pinatas. Thank you to the Westside families who donated for a pinata and plastic eggs. Also a big thank you for a substantial donation of food to fill our Emergency Food Pantry. We are getting requests for food every day at our office. Thank you.

Many people assume that Jesus’ Last Supper was a Seder, a ritual meal held in celebration of the Jewish holiday of Passover.
Christians who have adopted the Seder believe this celebration not only sheds light on the Lord's Supper (since it is the supper's historical antecedent— Luke 22) but also serves as a powerful teaching tool. The rich symbolism of the Seder meal illustrates much Christian truth.
Be sure to join us as we learn by participating in this tradition.
