Pancake Breakfast this Sunday
Celebrate Father’s Day this Sunday, June 15, with pancakes and worship!
Breakfast will begin at 9:30 am, followed by our worship service under the tent outdoors. Rev Brian Shimer will be bringing the message.
We will relocate to the Lighthouse in case of inclement weather.
Pentecost!
This Sunday, June 8, is Pentecost.
Pentecost marks the day the Holy Spirit was poured out upon the apostles and other followers of Jesus, empowering them to preach the gospel. It's celebrated on the 7th Sunday after Easter, symbolizing the fulfillment of Jesus' promise to send the Holy Spirit.
Join us at 10:00 am as Rev Brian Shimer brings the message, "What are you expecting God to do?"

Pastor Brett is on a ‘study and spiritual growth leave’ for the next four to five weeks.

Memorial Service
A service in memory of Wayne Brooks will be held on Saturday, June 14, at 1:00 p.m.
The memorial will be held at West Chehalem Friends Church, located at 16700 NE North Valley Rd in Newberg, OR. The telephone number is 503-538-5903.

Baby Shower
We are hosting a baby shower for a Road 2 Hope mom and her one-month-old baby girl.
Diapers and new or gently used clothing are most needed. If you prefer, you may donate towards the purchase of a gift.
The shower is on Wednesday, June 4, at 6:30 pm. If you would like to attend, please contact Bonnie B.

We had a beautiful day for our annual Easter party on April 19th. There was a delicious posole lunch, Easter baskets for all, egg dyeing, crafts, fresh flower bouquets made by the children, games, prizes, an egg hunt, and pinatas. Thank you to the Westside families who donated for a pinata and plastic eggs. Also a big thank you for a substantial donation of food to fill our Emergency Food Pantry. We are getting requests for food every day at our office. Thank you.
