HomePlate Dinner in June
We are serving dinner at HomePlate Youth Services on Thursday, June 6. Setup begins at 4:00, food service at 6:00. Please contact Bonnie if you can help that evening.
If you are unavailable, you can also donate food for the dinner. All items are purchased so you don’t need to be a chef (or even have a kitchen!) Visit our signup today - food should be at the church on Sunday, June 2. Thanks!

Summer Migrant Workers
The migrant workers are returning to Heikes Berry Farm for the summer.
Each year, Bonnie leads a team to provide hot meals on Saturday evenings at 5:00, as well as providing toiletries, clothes, household goods, and more.
How you can help:
Contact Bonnie about helping fund or serve meals through the end of July

Confirmation Sunday
This Sunday, May 19, we will celebrate Aurelia T and River T during worship.
Aurelia and River completed the confirmation class this spring, held in conjunction with the youth of Tigard UMC.
Be sure to attend and give them your blessings on their faith journeys!

Our older youth are hosting a Parents Night Out on Saturday, May 25, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm.
We still need one more adult to help chaperone - to fulfill our Safe Sanctuary requirements.
You must have had a criminal background check completed in the past three years. Or request one through the church office by May 10.

We will be serving dinner at HomePlate Youth Services on Thursday, June 6 (postponed from May.)
Setup begins at 4:00 pm and we begin serving at 6:00. We should be done by 8:00.
We need the following items donated:
10 loaves of garlic bread
48 bottles of water
2 bottles of chocolate syrup for ice cream
4 dozen purchased cookies
You may bring items to church on June 2. If you need to bring them earlier, please let Bonnie know and she will freeze or store them.
