We are providing gifts for children and food for their families this Christmas.
The gifts signup is full (THANK YOU!) but there’s still time - and a need - for you to sign up for the food sign-up
All gifts should be wrapped and tagged with the child’s number and name (see the signup list). All gifts and food must be brought to church this Sunday, December 22. You will need to make arrangements with Bonnie B if that doesn’t work for you.
Donations are always appreciated, to purchase perishable food and/or missing items. Please note your donation as Outreach.
Bonnie will be organizing and delivering gifts and food on the afternoon of Monday, Dec 23. Please let her know if you can help.

Christmas Eve Service
Candlelight and music will usher in Christmas on Tuesday, December 24.
Our service will begin at 4:00 in the sanctuary. Towards the end, we will move to under the tent outside. Please dress accordingly.

Baby Shower
Help welcome a baby girl at Road 2 Hope!
Bonnie B and Lisa T are hosting a shower for the mom and baby on Thursday, Dec 5, at 6:30 pm at the Road 2 Hope home.

'Tis the Season - to Decorate!
As you begin preparations to decorate your home for Christmas, please keep Westside in mind.
The church needs a new or gently-used, 4-5 foot artificial Christmas tree, lights, and decorations. If you can help, please bring items to church by next Saturday.
And join us on Saturday, Nov 30, at 10:00 am to decorate the sanctuary!
WFWA Thanksgiving
The Western Farm Workers will be assembling Thanksgiving food baskets for 75 families on Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Reedville Presbyterian Church.
Volunteers are needed for sorting food and loading cars. Please call the WFWA office at 503-681-9399 to help. Merry G will be purchasing fresh food for the distribution; contact her for more information.
Gifts for HomePlate Holiday Store
Each year, HomePlate Youth Services strives to host an event called Holiday Store. Holiday Store provides young people the opportunity to practice generosity, a key pillar at HomePlate. This empowering activity can provide not only a happier holiday season for our youth and their families, but supports youth to be caring, generous, and civically engaged citizens for our community.
Check out this year's gift list or their Amazon Wishlist for inspiration about what to donate! Financial contributions are always welcome too - more than half of our holiday store items come from donated items, so cash/check donations will contribute to purchasing more gifts for youth to choose from!
Please bring your new, unwrapped gift to church by December 1. Items should be $20 or less to ensure equal distribution of gifts. Checks should be marked Holiday Store.
